Hi have booked to stay here in August, on reading reviews it seems that one problem is the queing to book a la carte restaurants, can this be done by e mail before arrival? At other Iberostars you can go to the desk after 3pm and book any cancellations for that day, is that the case here? Also what is the age restricition at the Romantica?

Jonsmum, if you log in and happen to see this, could you give us a recap of your trip? My husband and I are going to the Laguna Azul for Christmas (2010), and would like the opinion of someone who's been to other Iberostars. Thanks!
